my games don´t loading

I have a problem my games do not load nor the physicists nor give them, they start to load but later it is locked and the command no longer responds

Xbox Fitness Refuses to start

I can`t start game. Game block on loading green screen. After a while appears yellow triangle "don`t overexert yourself". I need help.

Boot up time with external HDD takes about double the time than without. Is that normal?

@ Galactic Geek: I saw this thread, too. It only showed loading times of games, though.

@ Burst Axe: You are right. But Instant on isn`t an option for me because I don`t like my Xbox and HDD running all the time.

are these downloaded games from deal/games with Gold that you swap between the 360s hardrive and another external like a USB?

Personally, I don`t really mind the ads. They don`t affect my gaming at all, so they don`t really matter to me. Let Microsoft do their thing I say.

Hi.

I clicked on the link to sign up on the ``Lost Saved Data Ticket´´ but the page don´t load.

The thing is that I didn´t followed the thirs tep that says that I have to start fresh to submit a ticket because I think the problem is a little bit different.

And I´m afraid that I can´t get my saved data back, because the page don´t load

So...should I call tomorrow (Because where I live the customer support is closed at the moment) and ask for help?
