My games don't launch...

Well, I started having this little problem yesterday evening. I decided to hop on my Xbox One to play some The Walking Dead: Season One which is included in this month's Games with GOLD. So I turn my Xbox One up and wait till it boots up. I launch TWD and
wait. At the starting screen, it says 'Press A' and so I do. Mind you, previously that day, I could launch any game with no problem at all. Either way, I press A as the prompt says. Nothing happens. I start pressing A a few more times but with no avail. So
I thought that this was just a little problem with the game and decided to launch Gears of War: Ultimate Edition instead. Again, I have played that game before with no problems. When I launched the game and it got me to the main menu, I press the Menu button
to proceed but again, with no avail. It says it's connecting to the Gears of War Servers but it did nothing. After 10 minutes of basically idling, I decided to give up for the evening as I had College tomorrow morning. I thought it was just a silly little
issue and it'd fix itself tomorrow when I come back home. Little did I know, it wouldn't be the case. As I walked back from College, I decided to stop by a GAME store and ended up buying DmC Devil May Cry Definitive Edition. I get home, put the disc in, let
the game install properly and finally launch it. Now, I still didn't get to play it because the issue still exists. When I launched the game, I chose to play 'Devil May Cry' which is the original. You could choose between 'Devil May Cry' and the Expansion,
'Vergil's Downfall'. The screen is just 'stuck' on 'checking for any saved data' and it's basically like that for all games I own. none of my games launch beyond the start screen at all. If anyone has any experience with that, please give me a shout. Also,
I have recorded the incident so if you'd like me to send you video footage of it, that'd be no problem. Either way, thank you.
