My game’s display won’t load (cloud gaming)(mobile)

I have been using cloud gaming for over a month now but I have never encountered this glitch. Whenever I enter up my game, my entire screen will become solid dark-blue. After a short amount of time the game’s background music will begin playing, indicating that the game is indeed working. Additionally, whenever I click which a button should be on my screen, I hear an interacting sound, further implying that the game is working.

TL;DR my game is loaded but my display isn’t

I have a iPhone and I’m on iOS 16 I have tried to reinstall the bookmark and it worked for a little bit when I closed it out, but I opened it back up and went back to blue screen and I do not have active VPN on my phone but I have a whole Internet, VPN I’ve tried doing doing whatever to get Microsoft attention the best would be calling, but like I said in the other post, I cannot sign in and redirect me to another page that is blank

I’m having the same problem with the new Fortnite season but another problem when I try to contact Microsoft, it brings me to a assistant where I have to sign in to call a Xbox employee or another one is getting a special expert who I can message but when I try to sign in, it brings me to a blank page on my phone so I can’t contact them even the Microsoft office on Google Maps when I called them they don’t have a line or an option for Xbox help so please Microsoft Xbox anyone help us with this

Hi, that's really strange.

Let's try something a bit different

Go to Settings > general > transfer or reset iPhone > reset > reset network settings

After that, go back to settings > safari > scroll down and select Clear history and website data

Finally, open the cloud gaming bookmark and try again

PS: Exists the possibility that can be an issue with iOS 16. Usually when a big iOS update is released some apps needs to be updated / add compatibility (14 to 15, 15 to 16, etc)

Sorry to hear that, please answer the following questions to assist you properly :

Is this happening on Android or IOS?
Do you know if your phone receive an update before this started to happen?
If you try reinstalling the game pass app / cloud gaming bookmark. The issue persists?
Also, do you have active any VPN or similar service in your device?

Or what did you tried so far to fix this problem?
In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

I’ve spent 4 hours trying to get this to work, nothing works, I’ve switched to my sons account on my Xbox launched the game and it works? Won’t load on cloud gaming either, I can’t seem to find any other information on it or how i can delete the game save from the cloud as there’s nothing on my Xbox, this is very frustrating
