My games disappeared when I entered the xbox app

My problem started when when I wanted to install the games on drive D, the xbox app got this error: This location is not set up for installing app

With this error, I talked to another xbox support and he told me to make a new drive. I also made a drive called E and the games were easily installed on it.

I played my games for a few days using this drive

Yesterday I wanted to download a new game but I did not have enough space so I did shrink volume and transferred about 120 GB from drive D to E. After that, when I entered the xbox app, the games had disappeared.

Now, after removing and installing the xbox app, I started downloading the game again. The game suddenly went from 0% to 100%, an this error came up.

I should also say that my Windows is not updated and it gives this error:

Some update files are missing or have problems. We'll try to download the update again later. Error code: (0x80073712)

Have you changed the default location where Windows saves games and apps to the drive you are trying to transfer/install your games? If not, please do it:

Go to Start (Windows Start) -> Settings -> System -> Storage -> Change where new content is saved (under 'More Storage Settings'). Change the setting "New Apps will install to:" to the drive you want to use. Restart your computer.

Do the same with the Xbox app:
Open the Xbox App.
Click on your Profile picture > Select Settings.
In the Xbox Settings, go to General Section > Game install options.
Click on the drop-down and change it to the E drive. Restart your computer.

Also please make sure the partition is NTFS:
- Go to Start > Computer > Right Click the drive you wish to check > Properties.
- In the Disk Properties window, you will see it next to File system.

If it's FAT32, just convert it to NTFS:
Open a command prompt window by typing Command prompt in the Windows search box. Right click on it and Run as administrator. Type:

convert E: /fs:ntfs

Press Enter to being the process.

Once completed, your FAT32 drive will be converted to NTFS. Close the Command Prompt window and you’re all done.

First, let's try to fix your Windows not updating by using the Windows Update Troubleshooting Tool:

Follow the steps above for Windows 10 or 11 and see if you can properly install updates on Windows again.

Also, would you please tell me if your games downloaded from the Xbox App are being installed on the XboxGames or the WindowsApp folder?

what im saying is there used to be a option on the Xbox app to use your pc as a console and enter that code to the xbox app on your phone to be able to play. For some reason that disappeared.

And when I try to start the game it closes the 1st time.
