My games disappeared. .__.

All of them.

I was playing a good bit at the same time. Signed in, & none of them are showing up. Except for a new challenge that I've received but haven't accepted yet. Uhh.



Where'd they go?? How do I alleviate this? I'd hate to be resigned from a gazillion games 'cause basically. Not my fault. >:I

Hello. You should look into Microsoft Accounts, Sign in to your Microsoft account Order History and there must appear your purchase.

Also if you buy and own the game. It will appears like this in the Store "You own this product"

My Games disappeared

I have the following problem:

I wanted to play today, put in my NBA2K and started it. It said that i have to install a patch. Same with Battlefield. I thought i'll just let my Xbox download that, an came back after 2 hours. NBA was at 7% and Battlefield at 4. So i cancelled the process
and started it again. But now it wants to install the whole game from the disc. Did anyone have this problem? Tried it again and it still installated so long. I'm worried about my NBA2K MyCarreer, played it a lot and don't want to lose it.

And my FIFA is still there, no problems with it.

 

I had the same problem, so I uninstalled the app and when I reinstalled it the games came back.

 

Another user suggested that we could uninstall the app and then go to the store and install it again.

It worked for me on my laptop, but because I played during the period between the update and the fix for the update, a couple of leaderboard values are a bit strange. And all the games I played in the "dark period" between the first update and the subsequent
fix have disappeared.

My previous games have re-appeared. However, if my original opponents do not re-instal the game, they may not be able to complete our games.

I think I will message them to suggest this solution
