    My games aren't recognizing my Xbox Live Gold


    As the title says, none of my games are recognizing my Xbox Live Gold, which means I cannot access multiplayer. I have tried removing my account and re-adding, as well as resetting my console itself. I'm not sure what else I can do..

    Bought GOLD for a year, now it's telling me I have to renew it after about 20 days of using it.

    I have this problem too. I just redeemed a 12 month xbox live gold but my xbox and the website isn't recognizing it. I can't download games with gold because it redirects me to a page where they tell me to buy a gold subscription

    Which country are you physically located in on our
    Officially Supported Xbox Live Countries and Regions
    list and which country/region do you have your account set to?

    To clarify, if you're not connecting from a region on this list, you may be in a country or region that's not officially supported. That could mean that some features may not work properly.

    Also, do you see a paid Xbox Live Gold subscription on your account if you sign in on
    commerce.microsoft.com?

    Promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards, as stated in our FAQ:

    —My Xbox Live Rewards account is not recognizing my Xbox Live Gold membership. What should I do?

    Xbox Live Rewards can only recognize paid monthly or yearly standard, non-promotional Xbox Live Gold memberships. If you have a different type of membership, we may not be able to recognize you as an Xbox Live Rewards Gold member.

    Hello DannyWC,

    We see that you are not receiving Gold Status this month due to your subscription being a promotional Gold subscription for 1 month. Promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards, so your free 1 month is not eligible. From our FAQ:

    I have a similar issue on XBOX One. I purchased an XBOX Live Gold Membership, but on my XBOX One Dashboard, I can't access any Gold features, including free games. I just keeps asking me to "Join Gold". I checked my subscriptions on the XBOX One and online
