    My games aren't loading


    I was recently chat banned for getting into a bit of a disagreement with another player on chat, and messaging, he reported me and after so I was communication banned which is all fine and dandy I don't care. My issue is that after this occurred, literally
    right after it happened I've not been able to access my games. I've gone to games and apps and the circle spins but never loads or when I turn on a game to attempt to play, it either says error or the screen goes completely black and nothing else's happens.
    I was banned for communication according to the message I was sent from xbox, yet I'm unable to access games. No where in the detail of my suspension did I think state id not be able to access was my game games. So what's is the problem, has this happened
    to anyone else?

    Game aren't loading or starting.

    I have 29 games installed on my Xbox one and not a single game is working. Some will start and then freeze at a loading screen, when other just wont start at all.

    Everything was working fine yesterday all of a sudden a update for fortnite came out I installed it and then no games would work please help.

    try clearing your cache by holding down the power button on your console for about 10 seconds.

    It will reboot.

    Try again after that.

    Sorry to hear it. This sounds more like a cache issue than a suspension issue. Please try holding the power button on your console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps.

    Morning

    I'm not totally convinced why a repair is being pushed so hard as the issue is not hardware related. The discs read, install and play without any issues and I don't want my console opened for no apparent reason as it will never be the same again as I am a PC technician by trade so I am well aware of software and hardware related issues.

    The campaigns play successfully offline before an update. After updating, my games no longer play even offline. When I connected to my network to update my games I got this error message

    "Xbox network problem

    Your network is good, there are some Xbox service issues.

    Sorry, there's a problem on our side. To see which services are effected, check the Settings> General> Network settings or go to Xbox.com/status"

    The Xbox status states that all the services are up and running and all the services have a green light next to them. But it makes no sense to me that I receive an error message stating that there are some service issues but when I go to the status page on my console or on the Xbox website it states that all services are up and running... Please advise

    I have tried on three seperate networks/routers. Wired ADSL, wireless 2.4ghz and 5G and a wired and wireless fibre line. All have the same result, my only concern is why do my single player games work without any issues but all of my games that require network and updates don't play at all?.. I can only suspect that the updates have corrupt files or my account has a corrupt saved game or file. Is there not a direct line for consultants or technicians?.. these forums haven't helped me at all, there's nothing wrong with my console as discs read, install and update. I am the only user on this console and I don't use it very often and I always update the console when it requires me to. My Xbox 360 console plays fine and I've never had an issue with it because all my updated games play without any problems and I play my Xbox 360 more than my Xbox One S. Please provide me with contact details for direct Microsoft consultants or technicians if you have, this issue is very frustrating as I'm not getting any professional help even from the "report a problem" app

    As a player I can only inform you, if the problem is the servers Microsoft informs you through the Live status page. another option is your network, I advise you to test another network, such as routing your smartphone's mobile network.

    As a player I can only advise, and according to Microsoft procedures if it has nothing to do with the account, with the network, or with the system (since it has already been reset and did not solve it) the next step is the repair, but if you wish you can talk to the support they will review all the procedures that I gave them again and in the end what remains is the repair which in this case is the last resort.
