    I bought the rare replay pack a couple weeks back.. And I picked the games that I wanted to play and deleted the other ones and it went fine! Except for jetpac refuelled :/ I tried to reinstall it or hide from list.. Nothing! My question is.. How can I make
    it disappear? Thx in advance My games & Apps problem ;)

    My achievements have been not popping up for 8 months

    I had the same problem. Do a factory reset, but use the reset option that keeps your games and apps. Go to settings -> System -> Console info & updates -> Reset console -> Reset and keep my games & apps.

    Halo 5 guardians free play days

    I had the same problem, but Halo 5 is now appearing in the ready to install section of my games & apps.

    I had a game get stuck like that too. Are you part of the preview program? If so, you'll want to report the issue as it may be a preview problem. In the meantime, I would try going to settings, Power, Turn Xbox off, and unplug the power cord from the back
    of the console for a few minutes. Plug it back in, turn it on and see if it's still there.

    I brought Forza Horizon 3, but it is missing in my library.

    This is not game app problem.

    Windows store app does not show my game.

    There is no forza horizon 3 in store library.

    Hi! Try performing a hard reset/power cycle which might fix the issue: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console

    I'm not sure what kind of issue you are experiencing, you can also upload those photos on a platform like imgur and post them here. If the hard reset/power cycle doesn't work it's also worth a try to do a factory reset with keeping your games and apps (so
    that you don't have to install them again):
