Help for some reason I can't see my games on my games & apps please help me

XBox glitch

my whole xbox is glitch is ur xbox or me cause I'm completely connect to Xbox live & the only thing I can do is see a glitch home screen with just my games & apps icon & no others apps when I login to my account can Xbox please fix this

Game able to be downloaded without purchase?

If this had just so happened to appear in your ready to install section of your games & apps, I'm sure it's something on Xbox's end. You have nothing to worry about. There are glitches here & there, & things happen when they aren't meant to. Enjoy your game.

Scary just had my first xbox one scare....I was freaking out but a factory reset fixed issue. But earlier games disappeared and when I went to reinstall i would have 2 tiles neither would load. Then x one wouldn't start up and directed me to an error code

@Tails the fox19 Have you tried doing a hard reset?

To do a hard reset, press and hold the power button for about 5 seconds till the xbox turns off.

Wait a couple seconds and turn it back on.

If it doesnt appear in the apps category in the my games and apps, then maybe it is a visual glitch yet have you tried a soft/hard reset, if it still isnt there try a factory reset.

Probably it's a glitch on the app itself, my friend. :/

Is it only showing up on the Game Pass app or also on the console? If it's only on the app, that's a glitch and you're not actually suspended.
