My games and apps won't show up in my "Queue" and won't download or install

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

Seems like you have performed all the necessary steps, CILN38. Do you have an external hard drive plugged into your console? If yes, kindly unplug the hard drive then perform a powercycle before trying to install any game.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

A corrupted External hard drive may cause the issue to our console.

Pompano, yes, if you go into My Games and Apps, if there is an update in the process of downloading and installing, it will show up in the third menu, "Queue." This shows anything in need of update, or in the process of downloading/installing one.

Hi there, Once you start the download after a few seconds it will tell you how big the update is in Queue sections of my games and apps.

There's is a Updates section aswell in my games and apps which will show you what games and apps are needing updating. Unfortunately it won't tell you how the big the update is without clicking on it and starting the update.

Hi, if you need to free up some space, so you can download a game, then you will need to uninstall an app or game you have already installed. You won't lose the game or app, as it will show in your ready to install for you to download at another time.
