My games and apps won't show up in my "Queue" and won't download or install

Sooo...my apps and games, that are in MY "Ready to install", that I try to install on to my Xbox one, will NOT show up in my "Queue" or show them being installed...and if they do show up, randomly, then they just sit at 0% saying "QUEUED", even if there
is ONLY one game in the queue...this has been happening for about two weeks, or more...it has been a LONG time since I have installed anything new onto my Xbox, I have just been playing the same games I installed months ago. But I have downloaded stuff, only
games, when the free games come up each month and a few discounted games with gold...but ONLY through the Xbox store.

...I give so much, what seems like useless, information because this is ALL I have done with my Xbox...I'm not the biggest multi-tasker of the device...just games, nothing else.

----------I have signed in and out, Re-start after Re-start, and same issue...And I do have 122.4 Gb free, so I know it's not, me having enough free space to install a 9 Gb game........Thank you for any help you can offer

Deleted Game

I accidentally deleted Grand Theft Auto 5 from my games, it won't show up in 'ready to install' tab in 'games and apps,' I've restarted my console multiple times, checked to store if I could download it there, but nothing has shown up. SOME ONE PLZ HELP!

Games and updates in queue won't install

I've experienced a problem where my Xbox won't install updates or games. The games and updates in queue won't install even when I press start and hit install. I have an external hard drive and the latest version of the preview update installed. I restarted
my Xbox and fell back uninstalled the most recent preview update and my games and updates in queue started to download. I'm not sure if anyone else had this problem or not but that is the only fix I could find.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

Seems like you have performed all the necessary steps, CILN38. Do you have an external hard drive plugged into your console? If yes, kindly unplug the hard drive then perform a powercycle before trying to install any game.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

A corrupted External hard drive may cause the issue to our console.

Pompano, yes, if you go into My Games and Apps, if there is an update in the process of downloading and installing, it will show up in the third menu, "Queue." This shows anything in need of update, or in the process of downloading/installing one.

Hi there, Once you start the download after a few seconds it will tell you how big the update is in Queue sections of my games and apps.

There's is a Updates section aswell in my games and apps which will show you what games and apps are needing updating. Unfortunately it won't tell you how the big the update is without clicking on it and starting the update.

Hi, if you need to free up some space, so you can download a game, then you will need to uninstall an app or game you have already installed. You won't lose the game or app, as it will show in your ready to install for you to download at another time.
