    My games and apps won’t load


    Well to start off my games and apps just buffers when I look at full library, and my profile picture is blank and it says I have 0 gamer score, and also my back round color is default/green. I’ve tried to factory reset and cancel the update preview on insider hub power cycle and hard reset.

    Beforehand, perform this test here if it is PC

    Tell me what appears in this test please. Download the companion xbox console app > settings > network > NAT type

    Open the panel by pressing the Xbox button in the center of the controller.

    Scroll right on the panel to the System area.

    Select Settings.

    Select Network.

    Select Network Settings.

    Select NAT Test Type.

    Xbox series x won't update or install games or apps

    I currently have this issue. Was in the middle of Starfield and the power went out. Didn’t come back on until 20mins later. Didn’t think to get back on because it was late. I get on after work and Starfield needs an update but none of the apps will fully load. I can open apps/ games and it’ll load but it won’t get past loading screen. I reset the Series X but kept the apps and games. And now I can’t even sign in.
