    My games & apps app won't open. Please help!

    My games & apps app on my xbox one dashboard won't open. I checked my storage and it says 100% full. last time i checked it was 37% full. When i try to run my apps they won't launch and it says "We had trouble installing or updating this. Try installing
    it again" How do open my games & apps app?

    Hey there. First, try going to Settings, Power, Restart Xbox. After it comes back on, wait a bit and see if the install starts moving. If not, cancel the install, then in Power, go to Turn Xbox off, then unplug the power cord from the back for 5 minutes
    and then try it again.

    If that still doesn't help, you'll most likely have to start troubleshooting your network.

    Game not automatically launching when disc is inserted

    problem solved for me ! the problem was in the games and apps i didnt finish to install a game update, i put the cd finished the update and then tried to put another cd and the automatically launch worked ! check out your games updates. hope it help you

    Sorry about that. Do you get the same error code when installing your games through MS store? Kindly also delete all files in C:\Users\User_name\AppData\Local\Packages \Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache, and then reboot your pc.

    This will only rescan all your downloaded files in just a few minutes then try your games again.

    Everything keeps getting put back into the queue and I don't think anything is actually downloading.

    My games will download but the installation will randomly stop and when I finally get it to finish the games wont play. it will just take me back to the dashboard

    It looks like you don't have any applicable devices linked to your Microsoft account. To install, sign in on a device with your Microsoft account.

    Yeah but the app wont install because it says that i need the latest update for windows. And the update always fails. Update 1903.
