[My games and apps tab does not work and I can not download games]

Que tal tengo un problema, En mi xbox one al querer ira mis juegos y aplicaciones la pestaña "Mis juegos y Aplicaciones" no me funciona no hace nada, no puedo ver mis juegos que tengo descargados, tampoco puedo descargar juegos, por que no me deja acceder
a esas opciones, porque la pestaña no me funciona le doy encima con el A no me manda a ninguna lado

My Games and Apps Updates tab not working

Hello! I was a part of the preview program before this update came out, and the updates tab under my games and apps was working beautifully before the update went live. It would show all of the games and apps that currently need updating on that tab. When
the update went live, the Updates tab remains blank and says everything is up to date. I am assuming this isn't working correctly? I needed about 90 updates before with the preview Updates tab, didn't update anything, now it says everything is up to date.
Just curious if this is a known issue and if anyone else is experiencing it? Thanks

So I can search for a game like psychonauts 2 and it says I can download it so I guess it works. But, there is no game pass tab in the app. My brother has the pass in the States and he has a game pass tab in his Xbox app.

I have only had this issue with Kinect Fun Labs, which does not appear in "My Games" or "My Apps" at all. What I have found works for me is to open the guide from the controller and select "Recent" from the "Games & Apps" tab. From there, select the "Downloads"
tab - as you said you just downloaded it - or the "All" tab.

Worst case scenario, look for it in the storage section of the systems settings. Delete it from there - it may have corrupted somehow - and then redownload it from the marketplace or your purchase history list.

If you go into the my games and apps tab on the console and go to ready to install can you see the games there ready to download?

To me i can do anything and it doesnt say anything or why, i downloaded the game on my 360 and thought that i could then download it for xbox one but there is no download button anywhere to press and it doesnt show up in my "downloadable games tab" in my
games and apps. What amni doing wrong?
