    My Games And Apps Isn't Working


    I was without internet for a month or so and I got it back 2 days ago. While I didn't have internet I played Rocket League and Ghost Recon Wildlands. I started my xbox and started the update for it. I played a few games and I also started all of my updates
    for my games. Then I went to the store and got Ryse and Evolve (which are the free games of the month) and my downloads stopped and I got off. I got back on the next day and my games and apps (The app) wasn't working. I also couldn't play Rainbow Six. I can
    only play Rocket League, Destiny, and Ghost Recon Wildlands.

    Xbox one voice audio

    The Voice audio on my xbox isn't working.... all other sounds works fine except the voice....its like this on games, apps, and movies. Been troubleshooting for a while and can't figure it out

    Can no one at Microsoft read? My first message says I already talked the the Xbox Support team and they sent me here. Is everyone just lazy? Once my live subscription runs out I'll just take my 11 years of service to PlayStation. Thanks for nothing!!

    Hey there BrainBust3r.

    If you power cycle your Xbox One, do you run into any troubles with it? To power cycle, hold down the power button for 8-10 seconds until it shuts off completely. If you still can't play your games, try uninstalling and reinstall to see if there's any change.

    sorry for not replying earlier but I don't think disconnecting the account from the Xbox would work because I added a new account recently and the same thing is happening on the app for a different account with the original account signed out.

    In case you do not work this I recommend going with the xbox technical support found on the microsoft page in the xbox section, called xbox support to solve your problem, in case it is not solved I recommend technical assistance for your xbox. sorry if the information is not of your help. good day.
