    my games and apps error + cannot access or play downloaded games.


    i have some games downloaded that i have not played in a couple months, destiny collection, rayman legends, pvzgw2, outlast and super time force. when i try to access them from my pins they do not respond, same with anything else that is pinned, when i try
    to go into my games and apps i get the error code 0x800401fb when i entered the code into xbox.errorhelp there were no results. is there anything i can do?

    Unresponsive my games and apps

    My Xbox one's my games and apps widget is unresponsive i can try to open it and it makes a tone but nothing happens on the screen. I can't access my games unless i go through the store or insert the disc for non-downloaded games.

    Please help me.

    Yes. I can log in there, but need to log onto to the xbox 360 to play games and access other apps. I cannot download the profile onto the xbox 360.

    Thank you for your response and for clarifying the error that is being received. To confirm, is this the error code you are receiving when you attempt to download the game through the Xbox app? I know your opening post mentioned that you cannot download the gaming service, so I want to be sure that you have access to the Xbox app before we troubleshoot further.

    my apologies i just realized that i didnt even post my problem. the xbot beta app works, but because the gaming services app does not work, i cannot even get it to download then i cannot play any games on the beta app.
