    My gamertag wont change even though I purchased it.


    My gamertag worn change even though i purchased it. I was charged for the gamertag change and it still hasn’t changed in over 2 days. What do i do?

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Let's check the transaction for the Gamertag change. Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, from there make sure that it's showing as "completed". Once done, try changing your Gamertag again, if you have been charged already you shouldn't pay again.

    If you just recently made the change, give it 24-48 hours for the change to fully take effect. If you are still having the issue on day 3 please let us know and we'll see what we can do to sort it out.

    When I changed my gamertag my ea that was says it is still linked to my old gamertag.

    changing gamertag does not change it on EA, even though they are still linked, it will display as your old gamertag name, i currently have 3 gamertags linked to my ea account too.

    @Zoobabwa My brother is able to play the DLC (separate gamertag) even though I purchased it with my account so I don't think that's the problem.
