    MY GAMERTAG WAS WRONGFULLY CHANGED.


    My gamertag was wrongfully changed claiming it was inappropriate. Now I'm stuck with this trash generic gamertag and you claim you can't do anything about it. Really? You can't credit my account so I can change it to something better than
    what it is? Why can't I have my old gamertag back this is complete BS. Microsoft you are at fault I pay $400 for your system and you change my gt I had on PS for 6+ years? WHY IS THIS SERVICE COMPLETE TRASH.

    How do I submit a case review on xbox enforcement for Falsely Forced Gamertag change?

    My gamertag was changed from "Green" to this 26 hours ago. It was wrongfully changed buddy

    Gamertags are issued a forced name change when they violate the code of conduct.

    As per the ToU/CoC you agreed to if you are issued a forced name change then you are given a randomly generated tag for free.Any other changes must be paid for.

    You need to make a new gamertag, not change it since the ban will transfer over to the changed one. Sorry that that happened to you but you are not the only one who has been wrongfully reset.

    Soon that game will no longer be playable on the servers as it is getting older, most the time i get on it it wont even find a game.

    You would need to go to http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review. It doesn't matter how long you've had a tag, it just means it took that long or someone to file a complaint. Rep has nothing
    to do with suspensions/bannings/forced gamertag changes.
