My gamertag was spoofed to make it look like I was hacking. Got banned please help.

Hi xbox live enforcement team, I need help getting a gamertag back that has been permanently suspended for no reason. All i want is the gamertag back but if there any way you can help me get the account back that would be nice, the account got hacked and
was spoofed to make it seem like i was hacking. If there isnt any way to help me get the account back then i would like to get the banned gamertag back. The gamertag is "BMG Shots" please email me back if the gamertag can be available again. I have been a
loyal player for 5 years now and has this gamertag for that time. Thanks. Bye.

The network is reliable,i've been on xbox live since about 2003 & in all that time live has been down about 4 times.

It is policed properly,just have a look at the ban/suspension forums.

Your gamertag wasn't "spoofed",just because you've picked a gamertag that doesn't mean someone else is not entitled to make a variation off that tag if they want.

Your account can't be "hacked" & setting up security proofs is a very simple process,not sure how it's Microsofts fault if you can't follow the easy steps.
