    My gamertag was changed by a hacker


    a week ago I reported my account had been hacked. it was investigated and a refund given as my credit card had been used. however as part of the hack they changed my gamertag from Inflamed4skin to but this has not been changed back

    I believe my account, TheBrostada was hacked and that the hacker changed my gamertag to gooeyanalbeads5.

    If that was your original gamertag then i suspect you have been given a forced name change as it violates the code of conduct.

    You will have to pay to change it to something else,one that doesn't violate the code of conduct this time.

    Any more fnc's & you risk having your account suspended or banned.

    yeah your name was definitely against the rules and was changed by the PET (policy enforcement team) make sure your new name does not violate the rules or it will be changed again and as Daft said too many forced changes results in perm ban of live.
