My Gamertag/Profile is unsearchable and glitched

I recently changed my Gamertag and now people can't search me up or add me. I'm also having trouble downloading my Xbox account over to my Xbox 360 I always get this error code (80154002 ) I tried contacting Xbox support and they went through various steps
to help fix it. But it made no reference. They next said they will get this problem escalated. And after 3 days they didn't get back to me.

Please don't indicate your reference number from chat support since its not necessary here on the forums. We don't have any way to check them as it only works for chat supports.

With regards to your issue. May I know how exactly where you able to change your gamertag having only 4 letters? As far as I know, its impossible to reuse a gamertag and the system will not allow you to use 6 characters below for a gamertag.

The only possible thing that I could think of is if the gamertag was bought from someone who used it during the old xbox consoles. Buying those gamertags are against the terms of use and code of conduct.

I was looking for new username and I typed in various Gamertag ideas that I liked. was available I was over the moon, I honestly didn't think it would be available either.

However as for buying an Xbox account I've never heard of? And I would never do such a thing. Especially if it's against the code of conduct. I've always followed the rules on Xbox live.

If anyone knows why my Gamertag and profile is not searchable and that no one can add me, I would appreciate any help that you can offer.
