    My Gamertag isn't showing up on Sea of Thieves...


    I recently purchased sea of thieves (Awesome game so far!) However, while my xbox version is working fine, none of it seems to carry over to Windows 10, including, most annoyingly, my gamertag. Instead, it is some random name, and I would prefer to go through
    the world being known by my real gamertag. I've tried reinstalling, clearing caches, logging on and off and both xbox and microsoft accounts, but nothing is changing the gamertag back to my original name. Could really use some help on this one!

    Hey NappaYT! Just to clarify, when you sign in to the PC are you using the same Microsoft Account that is attached to your Gamertag? Post back and let us know!

    still havnt recieved my ebon flintlock watching mixer on 16 april

    It'll actually just show up in your downloads under the Sea of Thieves game. No codes. Got to My Games and Apps, then Sea of Thieves, hit manage game and it should be ready to install. :)

    My copy of sea of thieves has disappeared. I haven't played it in a while but it says I never owned sea of thieves even though I purchased the game.

    No it shows nothing in my purchase history including when I subscribed to the game pass separately before I bought sea of thieves. No purchases show up.

    Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums with this issue. Sorry to hear that your Onyx Compass isn't showing up in-game, but congrats on the win! Since you've already received the code (and likely redeemed it) but that item hasn't become available in-game,
    your best bet going forward is going to contact Rare to enquire why it isn't applying in the game itself. You can open a request for support with them regarding this and please be sure to provide as much detail as possible. Adding in a screenshot may also
    be helpful if possible.
