My gamertag isnt changing

My gamertag has been changed unjustifibly and there was nithing wrong with it my gamertag was CHILL Thot which isnt bad and im not paying to change it back you guys need to fix this

1. Restart your console by holding the power button on your console for approximately ten seconds and then restart your console. This process is called Power Cycle, this helps to solve some problems in the console.

My problem is similar, i have the free gamertag change, I went to change it and it comes up with that number and saying live marketplace isnt avaiable at this time. >_<
