    Hello,

    I paid for a gamertage change on April 15th:

    And until now I'm experiencing "transition issue" between my old and my new gamertag.

    If I go to gamertag renewal page, it show my "current gamertag" as my old one:

    But on my profile I'm getting the correct one:

    How long does it take to fully synchronize ? As depending of the app (on pc, on phone or on xbox) it's showing sometimes the old one, sometimes the new one... I've got half gamertag but at full price :\

    This may or may not be due to covid-19. Microsoft is most likely prioritizing gaming. I would suggest giving it a little more time.

    Got an update on mine to ‘received and being processed’ yesterday. That was 15 days after it was actually delivered by UPS.

    I just did this and even restarted the system after. It has not worked so far. Will it take a few days for the gamertag to update after I removed and readded my account? Thanks!

    Update: If I try a gamertag with 14 or less characters, it seems to move forward. However the character limit is supposed to be 15 and the new gamertag I want has 15 characters. :-(
