    Hello Blake, sometimes a gamertag change can take more than expected to be reflected everywhere.

    If you’re willing to do it, you can try changing your gamertag one more time on the web:

    Make sure to keep in mind the rules for gamertags provided by Microsoft.

    It's because you're using a special character. The player tag will show in all areas that do not support the new gamertag policy.
