my gamertag has been forced changed

iv had my gamer tag forced change i had it as ultimate pube and people didn't like it so i paid to change it myself to 'sg rizla' and when iv gone to sign in again it has been forced changed to 'touchyjoey41925' i have lost the money i paid to change it
and lost my money

i wasn't notified that my gamertag was deemed offensive or inappropriate, it was just changed. And when i brought this issue to Xbox, they told me there was no link between my old gamertag and my email. So they pretty much said I had from
the start.

I wasn't offered a chance to change it either, its just giving me the option to pay for a tag change

Hey there, FlatJoey. Any references to something sexual in nature, drugs, violence, or anything else in the CoC, even if it's not explicitly saying any of those things, are against the CoC and will be removed from the service. If you receive 1 report on
that account, a forced gamertag change may happen. These reports are reviewed by humans daily, and are rarely reversed.

Forced gamertag changes used to be free, however that was changed several years ago to where users now need to pay to be able to get a new gamertag. It was found that users were being abusive of this and if you would like to get a new gamertag, you will
need to pay for it.

Since you paid to change it to something inappropriate, you did not lose money. You chose a bad name and were issued a name change. If you don't like the new name, you'll need to pay to change it to a new one of your choice. Also, do not change it to something
offensive again as multiple forced name changes can, and will, eventually lead to a permanent account ban.

When a forced Gamertag change (name change) is imposed, the system will automatically pick a new Gamertag for the user. A forced Gamertag change is imposed when a Gamertag is determined to be inappropriate by the Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team. Examples
of inappropriate Gamertags include names that visually resemble, sound like, represent, hint at, abbreviate, or insinuate any of the following:

• Profane words or phrases
• Topics or content of a sexual nature

• Unlawful activities

change your Gamer-Tag. You Could Sign Up On Xbox Live Rewards.



When you've racked up at least 5,000 Rewards Credits they'll be converted into your country's local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account. Then it's off to the Xbox stores,
where you can use your money to pick up your favorite Xbox One and Xbox 360 games, Avatar props and more but in your case your going to want to purchase a new Gamer-tag from the local currency deposited
