    My gamertag got replaced


    Hi Xbox live team,

    I had a gamertag (kiraakchicha) without () which is now replaced with my new gamertag .

    I have contacted Age of Empires: castle siege team and they directed me to Xbox live team as you are the only team who can help me out to reset my gamertag.

    Please let me know if you want any other details or it's not possible to revert to my old gamertag?

    Also, while I was creating this new gamertag I saw that my old gamertag kiraakchicha was showing as 'available'..how is that possible?

    Thank you in advance for helping me getting out of the mess I created.

    Try to sign out and sign in again and if that doesn't works wait 24 hrs for the change to be reflected.

    I'm a little confused about what you are asking. Your old gamertag should still exist. If you are asking to merge the two accounts, there is no way to do that.
