My gamertag doesnt change anymore and is for some reason glitched/stuck

About 3 weeks ago i changed my gamertag because i didnt like it, it al went fine and everything changed. A week later, i decided to go back to my old gamertag, the only problem was, it was just too long because of the new gamertag system. So i looked online if i could retriev my old gamertag but sadly it was not possible. So i read somewhere you can try the Xbox 360 Gamertag change, i plugged in my Xbox 360 and was able to get my old gamertag back.

The only problem i had now is that on my Xbox Console it showed still my gamertag Praetomorph instead of (my old gamertag, and the one i changed back to on the 360) It showed my new one on the Xbox.com site and GamePass App and when you delete your account and add it back again it says "Hey " but quickly changes back to my old one, but not on the normal Xbox App and in Xbox Parties where it still shows Preatomorph. So alot of people got confused by it, and i got annoyed why it didnt change and why it was still showing my old gamertag.

I connacted Xbox Support they helped me greatly but sadly everything we tried didnt work. They said they saw in their system and i had nothing to worry about and had to wait it out, or that there was a glitch in the system.

Today, i went to change my gamertag again, to fit the new Xbox Gamertag system. And everytime i went to look at a new gamertag it still showed as i was gonna lose as my main gamertag. So i went for MansonMonroe because that did fit, but now im scared i messed something up, stuff where my old Praetomorph was shown, shows now MansonMonroe. But on other stuff it like the Xbox GamePass app and Xbox.com and in other friendslists as as before.

Im just getting annoyed now because it shows two gamertags on my profile and with every game it changes the gamertag.

I wanna know if someone else had this problem, and if it can be fixed by connacting Xbox Support again and maybe they can force remove the MansonMonroe gamertag so i can get my old one back as my main for everything ()

Sorry for the long post, but i just dont know what to do anymore now.
