My gamertag apparently doesn't exist (Glitched?)

Hello there

I made my Gamertag: Herbert

about 2 weeks ago on Xbox.com. I wanted to download it for the first time onto my console but It wouldn't let me. I asked my friends if they could add my account but they also couldn't find my GT. Unfortunately Troubleshooting didn't solve my problem either.
There has to be something wrong with my account.

I already contacted Portia on Xbox.com and she gave me the case number
[Mod removed].

Can someone please look into it I'm losing hope

Error 0x0 apparently doesn't exist

Hi there,

please try the following steps, they usually fix the 0x0 (and item remains in queue) issues.

Double tap the Home button to bring up the Guide, then go down to Settings and select Restart console, this will fully power cycle the console.

When the console has restarted please check the Queue and the items should start downloading/installing.

Let us know the results

 

Error 0x0 apparently doesn't exist

Turned my xbox on to download the Destiny update and it just stays in the queue. It's not doing anything. Just in queue. Says to reference error code 0x0 at xbox.com/errorhelp. Tried to, but there are no results for that error code. Super annoyed.

 

What process did you use to create it?

Was it a name change or new gamertag?

You must have an email address and password connected, right? (To log in here.) What problem exactly do you get when trying to log into that on your Xbox?

It's a brand new GT created about 2 weeks ago as I mentioned.

When I tried to download it it gives me the following error (before the loading bar comes up)
