My gamerscore went down

hello im having a gamerscore issue my gamer score was at 58,158 now its at 39,458 please help also on some of my games are at 0 and I know i unlocked them please please help me i called support and theres nothing they can do.

I’m now at 151,809 gamerscore? When yesterday I was at 154,000+? It says I have 0 gamerscore for both Overwatch and SWBll, but yet the achievements I’ve unlocked are still visible.

My gamer score used to be 76,163 but now it is 46,655, can someone help me please? I've been told by support that this is the place to go..

 

A gamescore correction happens when the enforcement team verifies that the achievements are achieved through tampering or cheating. For more info: https://enforcement.xbox.com

 

A quick look at the op's profile will tell you they haven't had a Gamerscore reset.They still have xbox 360 achievements from a few years ago.

If it was a Gamerscore reset all of their 360 games achievements would of been reset.

Looks like you have been a victim of a bug that's been going around.I've dealt with a few people who have had the same thing & their Gamerscore corrected itself after a few days.

You can try removing your profile & re downloading it but if that doesn't work just wait a few days,if it hasn't corrected itself by then post back.

 

Not the case at all man i saw this happen to me live i was on the achievement tab when it happened im very loyal to xbox would never cheat im a fair gamer.

 

thanks man support had me reset my console and it didnt come back so I guess im waiting a few days.
