    Hey! My gamerscore is fixed! Thank you so much!! I honestly didn't think it would get fixed so soon so thanks to everyone who helped get this resolved! I checked and it's fixed on xbox.com, on the 360, and on my Xbox One console. Thanks again and may you
    all find nice parking spaces wherever you go and may you never have to stop for a red light! My Gamerscore Went Down! :)

    Just to clarify ... my gamerscore was fixed when I refreshed this thread but it was unfixed when I replied to this thread.

    hi i recenctly spoke to xbox support and the told me to come here, my gamerscore went down recently and it appears my achievments arent loaded i used to have around 107,000 gamerscore and im down to 74,000. my achievement list shows me that i have

    My Gamerscore Went Down!

    I’m now at 151,809 gamerscore? When yesterday I was at 154,000+? It says I have 0 gamerscore for both Overwatch and SWBll, but yet the achievements I’ve unlocked are still visible.

    My gamerscore went down

    A quick look at the op's profile will tell you they haven't had a Gamerscore reset.They still have xbox 360 achievements from a few years ago.

    If it was a Gamerscore reset all of their 360 games achievements would of been reset.

    Looks like you have been a victim of a bug that's been going around.I've dealt with a few people who have had the same thing & their Gamerscore corrected itself after a few days.

    You can try removing your profile & re downloading it but if that doesn't work just wait a few days,if it hasn't corrected itself by then post back.

    Generally the Gamerscore you see here on Xbox.com is the correct score, although it's odd that you're not see consistency between your Xbox One and Xbox 360. Because you are part of the Xbox One Update Preview, you'll want to post your issue over in the
