My Gamerscore Went Down!

I recently noticed that my Gamerscore went down. I think it might be due to the backwards-compatible Call of Duty: Black Ops game that I recently started playing but I'm not sure. Tonight, while trouble-shooting, I have seen 3 different gamerscores attached
to my profile depending on where I look. Gamerscore #1 : 94355 I see this score on my Xbox One console as well as on Xbox.com. This is the lowest of the three gamerscores I have seen and it is absolutely incorrect! Gamerscore #2: 95700 I saw this gamerscore
when I turned on my 360 console but before signing into Live. I even took a picture to prove I wasn't going crazy! After signing into Live, my 360 console updated that gamerscore back down to 94355. Gamerscore #3: 96425 I saw this gamerscore on my Xbox One
console when I was checking my achievements for the backwards-compatible Call of Duty: Black Ops. Per the instructions in the achievements app on my Xbox One console, to view achievements for this 360 game, I had to start the game and then press the start/menu
button and simultaneously press the back button. When I did this, I saw a mini version of the 360 profile menu pop up and it showed a 96425 gamerscore, which is probably the most correct gamerscore because I knew my gamerscore was at least 96300. After a few
seconds, this gamerscore also reverted to 94355. I have tried: - hard-booting my console, - deleting my profile from Xbox One and re-downloading my profile after another hard-boot, and - deleting my 360 games and profile from my Xbox One console and hard-booting
once again. Nothing has worked! I am in the Preview program but I don't know if that matters. Can someone please help?

Not the case at all man i saw this happen to me live i was on the achievement tab when it happened im very loyal to xbox would never cheat im a fair gamer.

I have tried:

same here. I've recently been achievement hunting for the last month or so and have got 6000-7000 GS which put me up to 89,810 and now today out of nowhere while I was playing it bumped all the way down to 82,575. I hope it doesn't stay like this cause i'll
feel as if all that time was put to nothing. Please Xbox fix this.

 

Metalmilitia625 -- are you in the Preview program? I posted this same message in the Preview Program forums, just in case, since I am in the Preview program and there are Preview updates on my console.

 

I heard back from XB1R Artemis on my preview program - social forum post. Supposedly, this is a known issue and I was asked to submit feedback via my console and XB1R Artemis will submit the details I've listed in my post to the team for additional feedback.
I hope this gets sorted soon.

Generally the Gamerscore you see here on Xbox.com is the correct score, although it's odd that you're not see consistency between your Xbox One and Xbox 360. Because you are part of the Xbox One Update Preview, you'll want to post your issue over in the

Mister Maka - Yes, per my post right above yours, I did post this in the Preview Forums and got a response there. I just updated my post here with the Preview Forums response I received for others who may have a similar issue. I agree that generally, the
Xbox.com gamerscore is usually the correct score but something is definitely *** up somewhere.

 

I was in the preview program but opted out about 2 months ago. I found out that all of my recently played 360 games (backwards compatible or not) is whats glitched as one minute it says i have 0/1000 on those games and the next itll be back to the normal
amount.

 

I just looked at the gamerscore leaderboard on my One and it says i have 89,810 G but the account and xbox.com says 82,575 G

 

I just checked the gamerscore leaderboard on my One and it says I have 94355, which is the wrong gamerscore. At least this wrong gamerscore is now consistent across all platforms. :/

I do not participate In Prewiev program.

Yesterday i start play the game Titanfall and unlock 2 achievements.

Today my gamerscore went down when I turned on my Xbox One

my gamescore now : 80282 G (on console profile,on xbox.com.on trueachievements.com ). My real gamescore : 82,277 G (my real gamescore is visible at the bottom of the list of games on trueachievements.com). Please Fix it =)

 

Note: a deleted my profile,cleaning cache,reboot xbox one and downolad my profile again. it's not helped me

It looks like I posted without seeing your update on this Glad to see there is some consistency, but keep an eye out on any changes to your Gamerscore and keep us updated.

METALMILITIA625 and Bloody Renji let's wait until the newest Xbox One update rolls out to see if your Gamerscore clears up. If you're still having issues after the update please let us know
