    My gamerscore went down by 8 thousand


    I was playing on my Xbox one and my gamerscore was 234000. After I turned on my Xbox 360 it dropped to 226465. I went back to my Xbox one and it showed the lowered gamerscore. What happened to all my gamerscore for this month? How do I fix it? Help would
    be greatly appreciated. I tried restarting both consoles and nothing. My gamertag is Aardvark23

    My Gamerscore Went Down!

    I’m now at 151,809 gamerscore? When yesterday I was at 154,000+? It says I have 0 gamerscore for both Overwatch and SWBll, but yet the achievements I’ve unlocked are still visible.

    Seen this a few times recently.

    It's a glitch.Leave it a few days & your Gamerscore should correct itself.

    If not then post back.

    A quick look at the op's profile will tell you they haven't had a Gamerscore reset.They still have xbox 360 achievements from a few years ago.

    If it was a Gamerscore reset all of their 360 games achievements would of been reset.

    Looks like you have been a victim of a bug that's been going around.I've dealt with a few people who have had the same thing & their Gamerscore corrected itself after a few days.

    You can try removing your profile & re downloading it but if that doesn't work just wait a few days,if it hasn't corrected itself by then post back.

    Generally the Gamerscore you see here on Xbox.com is the correct score, although it's odd that you're not see consistency between your Xbox One and Xbox 360. Because you are part of the Xbox One Update Preview, you'll want to post your issue over in the
