My Gamerscore went backwards and is missing 565 Gamerscore...HELP!

I hit and passed 400,000 Gamerscore yesterday but now I am back down to 399,510. I should be at 400,075 because I was at 400,030 when popping a 45 Gamerscore achievement but now its not adding up properly. Is there anyone that can help get my missing
Gamerscore back? I got the milestone on trueachievements.com to prove it too.

Lost GamerScore

So about a day or two ago, I realized that around 8,000-10,000 GamerScore was missing. I went from a round 28,000-32,000 GamerScore, to 22,400 GamerScore, and on one of my two Xbox 360s, 22,400 GamerScore, to 19,045 GamerScore...so I don't know what happened,
or what to do, so if my issue was resolved, I would be most grateful.

 

Enforcement (Missing Gamerscore)

My Gamerscore was 37773 yesterday. Today, it went down to 37693. I tried unlocking an achievement, and it went back up to 37703. I unlocked 2 achievements on Rare Replay yesterday, so my Gamerscore seems to be missing 80-100 achievement points. I contacted
Customer Service, and they said only the Enforcement division could look into this.

I think it has something to do with the Retail "The Wolf Among Us" on the 360. I rented the disc from the Redbox and it is showing up as 420 GS in Arcade & another picture of a 360 version (which is the arcade) with 0 GS.

 

I contacted support regarding your incident, here's the chat transcript shortened down with instructions

Me: Thanks for all for those information Me. For this one, even if the game was rented game score should still be on the account. What we suggest is to contact telltale. For him to know what exactly happened on his GS.

Rep: Well, if you want Me. Then it's fine, he can check first on xbox.com >> profile >> achievement to see if the same issue will occur. If yes, then he needs to contact the game developer about this case. Since game developer is the one who are setting
game scores on accounts.

Me: What was it you told me the game developer was sorry?

Rep: It's fine. The game developer is telltale, and they're the one who set achievements on the accounts.

From this chat transcript, it appears you'll need to contact the game developer which is "telltale" to check that it is not a isolated incident on their end.

 

I am missing more than the 410 I got from that game, I am also missing some from Xbox One game Riptide GP2. But thanks for that much at least, there is no point in me contacting Telltale because the score had been sticking on my account all day. I am not
the only one that is losing score, I know of at least one other person that has complained about losing 250 GS today.

 

A lot of people are having this issue at the moment,including me.

Just give it s few days & it should correct itself.

With that being said, this might help -

Achievements don’t unlock instantly when you complete them

In some instances, you may meet the requirements to unlock an achievement but not immediately receive a notice or update to your gamerscore. The Xbox Live service validates the unlocking of achievements and, though rare, delays can occur. Don’t worry – your
progress has been recorded and the achievement will be awarded shortly, usually in less than 24 hours.

 

Again that is NO help whatsoever you are just copying and pasting information that isn't very useful or helpful, who are you again? Do you work for Microsoft? All the achievements already unlocked and all the Gamerscore was on my account, THEN it disappeared
later. Also this has been over 24 hours.

 

All achievements unlock instantly when you earn them,nothng has to be validated so not sure where you got that from.

Mine corrected itself last night after I unlocked another achievement so that is worth a try.

Normally someone from official support tell you to wait 7 days & if the problem remains then post back or pm one of them & they will look into it for you.

 

@Orioel, I dont understand by the way you say "who are you" then the part "again" you never once asked who I was. No, I do not work for Microsoft and at the start of your message you said "Again" before the "this is no help" as you didn't tell me the first
time that I given the instructions. You even said yourself "I'm not contacting telltale" so if your not going to take the advice given to you then don't expect to get correct answers when you cant help yourself. You have to help yourself for us to help you.

Well if you had read my original post you will have seen that I am missing more Gamerscore than just the Telltale game. Also if you are not working for Microsoft, why are you pretending to? You said "us to help you", who is "us"...you had 0 Rep when you
posted that is why I asked.

 

I'm not at all pretending to work for Microsoft - I never once said I work for Microsoft. This is s a community where people help other people and well, if your not going to take the advice given to you then don't start telling me about being Microsoft.
If the issue isn't just with that one title then report it to multiple game developers LIKE I said.

 

It's nothing to do with the games,xbox live is playing up at the moment with achievements,activity feed,leaderboard etc.

Contacting various developers will do nothing at all.
