    Urgent Question!

    I was an ambassador before my gamerscore was reset, and it was a fraud. I call xbox and they said the reason my gamerscore was reset for boosting/cheating? when theres no reason for me to boost/cheat, so im still stumped on why my gamerscore was reset.

    My Gamerscore was Reset

    I tried re-downloading, my gamer score went from 22k to 5 in a matter of seconds as i woke up having left my account up, i tried to play a game and it said i'd previously played it from another console, which i hadn't, then my MS points went from 320 to
    510, its defiantly a server thing as i know alot of others are experiencing it but how to fix it..i don't know.

    The enforcement team are the ones in charge of gamerscore resets and they do not use the forums. You can try going to
    http://enforcement.xbox.com and submitting a case review.

    As far as I know. If its a Gamerscore reset, there's no option to do a case review, right? Since its final and non-reversible.

    well sorry that is the penalty for boosting game score there is ways to tell if the score is artificial and they found it was and removed the score sorry.

    actually you do not get banned for modding score unless you mod it again after it has been reset.

    I'm afraid that there is no way to reset a legitimate gamerscore at all. Gamerscore resets are only given to people who illegitimately modify their gamerscore. When they get their gamerscore reset, however, there are a number
    of other consequences:

    1) All of the gamerscore will be reset to zero.

    2) A person with a gamerscore reset will be permanently branded "Cheater" on your gamertag.

    3) All lost gamerscore and achievement are gone forever, and irretrievable.
