    my gamerscore just went from 42k to half 21k and i dont know why


    i turned on my xbox one and i had my normal score and then it suddenly it went all the way down to 21k and i realized all my xbox one games appeared as if i had never unlocked and achievement on then (play hours and details are still there) but what is weird
    is that when i go to a game were i had a lot of achievements and now is at 0 i can still see the achievements i have and when i unlocked it and it appears unlocked but the gamerscore is 0/1000 even though i have all achievements done. could someone please
    help me resolve this issue since i invested a lot of time on getting 100% achievements on some games

    What exactly happened to my account?

    Well, for everyone who is getting this 'You last played this game on another console.' Prompt and it resets your gamerscore. What I did was deleted just my profile itself, went back and recovered it and everything seems to be back in place now.

    Doesn't show it on the website, but on xbox itself I went from 45 Gamerscore back to 21k

    Looks like a glitch that's been happening to a few people.

    You can try the steps
    here     but in my experience it should just correct itself within a few days
