    My gamerscore just lowered a couple thousands


    So idk how long its been like this but i got an achievement earlier so i wondered what my gamer score was at so i went to check it and it was at 11000 but a week or two ago it was at 51000+ and none of my achievements for games I have played are there
    its like my progress was wiped anybody know how to fix this or having the same issue?

    If it's all Xbox One games then it's a glitch that will fix itself.

    If it's 360 games, then it can be a sign of a gamerscore reset.

    Lower My Gamerscore

    You would have to create a new account in order to reearn the achievements. There's no way to have them reset otherwise.

    There is no way to have your achievements reset. If you would like to redo the achievements I would suggest making a second account.

    Hey there,

    Very sorry to hear about the issue. Have you checked our
    Xbox Enforcement page     yet while signed in to make sure there wasn't a Achievement related action taken? If everything looks good there, let's try these following steps:

    • Remove your Xbox Live profile from your Xbox One console.
    • Press and hold the power button until your Xbox One fully powers down.
    • Boot back up and sign your Xbox Live profile back in.
    • Wait at least 72 hours for the Gamerscore to reflect.

    If you happen to be an Xbox Insider, please be sure to leave a detailed report regarding this using the feedback app.
