My gamerscore is not correct

    My gamerscore is not correct


    I am having an issue with my gamerscore. Currently my gamerscore is 99875. However, this is incorrect. I just added my gamerscore for each individual game and it should be 100,010. I called into xbox support & they told me that I needed to post my problem
    on the xbox forums. So here I am. Would you please check into this problem & let me know what you find. Thanks

    Gamerscore not correct

    If you weren't connected to Live, the next time you do so on your console it will update automatically (but you may need to give it a few minutes to do so).

    yeah but i have waited a long time several times. And still noting has changed for example the wolf among us is still on 200 instead of 400 and my gamerscore is still less then it should be. So i think the problem is way bigger.

    PS sorry for late respond every time but i live in the Netherlands so due time diff i reply always a little later

    My gamerscore is not correct

    So as you can see my gamerscore was 99875 when I originally messaged you about my problem. Since then, I downloaded Ms. Pac Man on the xbox one & completed it for 1000g. My gamerscore is currently 100,770. 99875 plus 1000 is 100,875. Not 100,770. That's
    off by 105g. Before I started playing Ms. Pac Man tonight, my gamerscore was off by 135g. So 105g plus 135g is a total of 240g that I've been cheated out of. Would you please let me know why my gamerscore is not being added properly to my account.

    Have you deleted your profile & re downloaded it?

    I've had a couple of times when achievements weren't added to my total Gamerscore right away,once it sorted itself out after a while the other time deleting & downloading my profile sorted it so it's worth a try.

    Just make sure you know your log in details before deleting your profile.

    I've never deleted & re-downloaded my profile. Even my trueachievements.com score is coming up with the incorrect score.

    gamerscore not correct

    I am also getting the same problem after updating my console over this past week. This is very upsetting because I have 20 thousand less in gamerscore now. It just decreased my gamerscore today when I restarted my console and realized that none of my walking
    dead: Michonne achievements are being counted. I completed the game just over the weekend and now it says they are unlocked but are not being counted towards my score. I noticed this with a lot of the other games that I have played within the month of June
    and the past few weeks of July. The games that I have played these weeks result in a zero percent, but with unlocked status achievements in the list.
