    my gamerscore is gone


    at around august time last year, 2017, my gamerscore went missing. i dont know what happened. if you go on my xbox 360 games and click them it will show you that i have unlocked achievements for those games but it says i have gotten no gamerscore for them.
    only the xbox 360 games have this problem but the xbox one games do not. i have only gotten round to this now as i have been busy for the last couple of months. is there any way i can get back the gamerscore?

    My gamerscore is gone!?

    I didn't have to delete it, just recovering was enough. The save-game part is pretty crappy tbh.

    The achievement I earned meanwhile is lost... Since it was only one I'm not very depressed.

    That's usually the sign that you've been given a gamerscore reset. You would need to go to
    http://enforcement.xbox.com for information and to see if you can submit a case review.

    I don't remember receiving any update, but when I went to play a bit of Halo Reach while waiting for a friend I got a console message saying that the last time this game was played on my account was from a different console and that it would revert to the
    state it was at when last played on that different console.

    Which is of course preposterous since I've never ever set up my profile on another console.
