my gamerscore has droped from 123040 to 117870 GS please help

my gamerscore has droped from 123040 to 117870 GS iwe contacted live support ive done all the stuff whit clear chace and pwer cycled my console redownloaded profile nothing happened same thing. this is my chat reference number
[Mod removed] im a registered user on true achievements.com also and when i look at my stats there look ewhat it saing has a GamerScore
of 123,040 out of a possible 340,340 (36.15% Completion - 217,300 remaining) and also at my goals

Good news!!! The missing 100 Gs have now been added to my GS. I do not know if that was automatically or somebody from the MS support team fixed it. I will appreciate a message from them saying that they were working on this issue. Anyway, it is fixed and

I have a problem with my gamer score. There are 100 Gs that has not been added to my gamerscore. The

achievement that was not added to the total is The lowleen town rescuer corresponding to the game Ginger: beyond the crystal. It was unlocked on Monday 19th June at 00.17 h (Spanish time). The achievement unlocked well but just was not added to the total of
my gamerscore. My gamerscore is 424,687 but should be 424,787

I followed the advices of this website

Xbox Support Forums – Achievement Unlocking Issues in this page, but it seems it is broken.

In the past they helped me with this same issue.

The only site that show the right gamerscore is trueachievements.com. Thereif you choose my gamertag () you should go to My game collection, and filter by list view and sort by last unlocked. At the bottom of this page is my right gamerscore (now
424,787 / 740,115). Maybe the time you check it is different since I will continue unlocking achievements, but for sure the 100 Gs difference will be still there

Lots of people are reporting issues like this, it will sorts itself out eventually.
