My gamerscore has been removed

Discus and support My gamerscore has been removed in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; My gamerscore on my xbox account was at 17000 and when ive checked it today its went down to 690 on the xbox and on xbox app. please help....     Can you check which games have had achievements reset? Are they 360 games, or one games, or a mix of both

    It depends on if they're Xbox One games that are missing the gamerscore or 360 games. If it's Xbox One games, then it's just a glitch that should fix itself.
