    My gamerscore dropped!?


    So I got on today and my Xbox needed an update it was an insider update after the update I looked at my profile and my gamerscore had dropped by 18k originally it was 107k (I forgot the exact number) but now it's 89055 I tried earning a few achievements
    but it didn't work it's at 89095 now I asked a friend and he said some of my games reset there progress and when I looked I have the achievements but it's not registering that I unlocked them so I have them but for no reward please help me I worked really
    hard to get 100k I don't want to have to start over any help will be appreciated thank you

    My score has been corrected now, took about 3 days.

    My score is correct, currently at 32025. It has resolved itself, though it took 3 or 4 days.

    to all who are this also sorry for the spam it kept saying it couldn't post so I hit it a few more times just in case I guess it just lagged

    Hey there Alpha!

    I'm sorry to hear about the issue. Since you mentioned this happened after an insider update, I'd recommend leaving feedback via the on-console feedback system for the Insider program first. Then, go ahead and wander over to the

    Preview Program forums     and post over there. Related: If you get a thing that says you couldn't post, copy your post and then check the forums. Odds are your post went through and the forums just derped.

    This has been happening for several day now. I never get achievement notifications or they take a few minutes to show up. My gamerscore goes up and down and sometimes when I unlock an achievement my score goes down. This has been happening to a lot of people.
    This is a thread on an achievement site about the issue.

    I've been having this issue as well. After I read the replies here, I decided to unlock an achievement on 360 and that fixed my issue. I'll be focusing my gaming on 360 for the time being.

    Funniest and most WTF moment is when I unlocked a 20G achievement on Xbox One and my GS went 20 lower than higher!
