My gamerscore dropped

Same here - it goes back and forth between 367,780 and correct amount. Glad I'm not the only one with this issue.

My Gamerscore Dropped

My Gamerscore dropped from 104,372 G to 102,957 G after I unlocked a FIFA 17 achievement (I just had 1 more left after this to have all unlocked). I was using the Xbox app in my iPhone at the same time to text something to a friend. More than a day and a
half has passed and the problem has not yet been solved. I need help to fix this please. I don't know if a I need to put Tipeiscussion or Support so I'm going to post this in both

I'm sorry to hear about the issue. Since you mentioned this happened after an insider update, I'd recommend leaving feedback via the on-console feedback system for the Insider program first. Then, go ahead and wander over to the

Preview Program forums and post over there. Related: If you get a thing that says you couldn't post, copy your post and then check the forums. Odds are your post went through and the forums just derped.

Yeah I'm having the same problem with my Gamerscore. What is going On? Smh very upset right now.

 

Add me to the growing list. Mine corrected itself after a couple of days only to drop again this evening. really getting annoyed with it.

 

If you unlock an achievement on an xbox 360 it then corrects the gamerscore to the amount you should have, however once you start unlocking achievements on the xbox one it starts going back out of sync, really suprised Microsoft haven't posted on the status
page that there are problems, and as for xbox support........the less said about them the better!!!

 

Ive contacted the twitter support who seldomly answer me, and then I went to chat, who sent me here....My gamerscore reset a few days ago and I thought it was just me being paranoid, but I noticed it dropped down to 189726, and so I kept playing games, and
today I got it back up to 189900 something, went to work for 4 hours, and came back and its back down to 189761!

 

This has just happend to me too. I finished monday afternoon with around 80,050 and started today at 79,495 :/ Xbox support sent me here...

 

It's the fifth day and nothing changes. Today I should have 950 points more then I have now. Is it just me or does anyone else have the same problem? I can't find my true score, neither on xbox.com nor on my xbox one.

I have had this issue for a few days now. TrueAchievements.com has the right score on the stats page where they add all the achievements one by one, but the GS collected from Microsoft is wrong both on my homepage att TrueAchievements and on my Xbox One,
i am missing 250G right know but that number jumps up and down all the time.

Seems like Achievements on Xbox One have been very glichy lately, not a month goes by without some sort of error that lasts for days. If you guys are Xbox360 users, get a Achievement there to force the correct GS to your Xbox One.

 

Update: just did a power cycle on my Xbox and lost another 10G. This is getting silly...

 

I've been having this issue as well. After I read the replies here, I decided to unlock an achievement on 360 and that fixed my issue. I'll be focusing my gaming on 360 for the time being.

Funniest and most WTF moment is when I unlocked a 20G achievement on Xbox One and my GS went 20 lower than higher!

 

Problem still persisting after 5 days rather unfortunate picked up dying light assuming a problem like this that is affecting many others and seems to be spreading after looking at Xbox supports Twitter would hopefully be fixed by now. at least a update
on the problem would be much appreciated.

 

This has been happening for several day now. I never get achievement notifications or they take a few minutes to show up. My gamerscore goes up and down and sometimes when I unlock an achievement my score goes down. This has been happening to a lot of people.
