    My gamerscore disappeared


    My gamerscore disappeared a few days ago. I was so shocked to go from 243k+ down 4714. I chatted on support and they weren't helpful. Told me to post here. This is what my achievements progress was on trueachievements Game
    stats    . Now I'm down to 4714 gamerscore. I have no idea what happened. I've spent so much on games i have specially gone out of my way to never break a rule to avoid these kinds of things. So this has to be a mistake. So please help me out

    Sorry, my english is not very good, yes my problem is all my gamerscore of all xbox one game has disappeared, only xbox one game has disappeared, not 360, for example have normaly 218k gamerscore, but now have 76k (its only gamerscore of 360)

    I did recover it, and got back my tag and gamerscore. However, my saved games have disappeared without my deleting them.
