    My Gamerscore, and Achievement lists are bugged badly


    Late last night I noticed my Gamerscore went down from 205,723 to 136,973. Yes, it went down 68,750 gamerscore!!! I went to bed hoping that it would just re-synch back up. And no it did not. I called Xbox custmer support, and got little to no help. And
    was told to wait 3 days. Unacceptable.

    More to my problem. So when I go to my profile. Several completed games that I got all 1,000 or even huge games like Gears of War 4 or Rise of the Tomb Raider show 0 out several thousand. But when I go into the achievement list it shows that I have all
    of my appropriate achievements unlocked! I am absolutely furious. This is Xbox Live! Not PSN!

    Please help!

    I Modded My Achievements.

    If you view my Achievements, you can see that I unlocked Casual Completion, and Insane Completion, without earning Hardcore Completion. Also my Gears of War 2 Achievements are badly out of place. Please reset my gamerscore, Thanks!

    Achievements not popping (but being added to my gamercard)

    Hey I forget I got same problem thaf first guy mention that I got one achievement in Ryse and it is not popping but register background and updated in Achievements but not Gamerscore profile but everything updated in Achievements section so I had signed
    out than in again so bought up updated for Gamerscore in profile in Home dashboard. Ok tonight I unlocked 3 achievements in Battlefield 4 and they not popping but updated in Achievements section but not updated my Gamerscore on profile in Home so again I had

    Until yesterday I had 90,675 G in my xbox account, but today only 54,420 G remain. I'm trying to reach 100,000 G but it is very disappointing to see that the half simply disappeared.

    I hope they can help us soon...

    I have looked into this further. Unfortunately it looks like this garbage is more common than I first anticipated. On popular achievement websites such as Trueachievements and Xboxachievements people with much higher gamerscore than I have had this happen
    and it generally sorts itself out somehow after a few days

    Which I say again is unacceptable!

    MN Schynnider when you look at your achievements does yours (like mine) say 0 out of 1000 gamerscore?

    It's a known issue that has affected quite a few people,including me.I lost over 90,000gs when it happened to me.

    No idea why it happens but in every case I've dealt with the persons Gamerscore has corrected itself within a few days.

    Achievements work differently on the xbox one than they did on the 360 to prevent Gamerscore modding so that must have something to do with why this happens randomly from time to time.

    This morning when I logged in my gamerscore was correct. I can confirm that This does indeed "sort itself out", which is still ridiculous.

    For those with similar issues give it some time.

    This morning when I logged in my gamerscore was correct. I can confirm that This does indeed "sort itself out", which is still ridiculous.

    For those with similar issues give it some time.

    Gamerscore not updating on xbox.com

    I have the same issue with the updated gamerscore not showing on xbox.com. It seems like a bug on the site since my gamerscore on xbox.com will usually update as soon as i have the achievement and refresh my browser. Incidentally this bug has also affected
    xbox smartglass since it has not updated my gamerscore there either even though it says that I unlocked the achievements that increased my gamerscore in the first place.
