    my gamerpicture disapeared and i dont get any achievements anymore


    hello

    my gamer picture has disappeared and when i select a new one it doesn't show when i press the done button

    also for a couple of weeks now my achievents are frozen and i don't receive any

    i start playing a new game and no achievements where unlocking while all the criteria where met

    please help

    im on the preview program and did already have contact by chat and by phone but they couldn't help me

    Broken Achievements

    My achievements are broken. I cannot earn any and they dont ever show up in my notifications anymore. This is something I can't personally do. I tried everything.

    pretty much we cant change our gamerpictures because they disabled the feature due to people being at home playing games.

    personally i dont see the point in this as it is very annoying that i cant change my custom picture and it is stuck as one that i dont like anymore.

    microsoft you need to add this feature back.

    i bet playstation isnt doing this

    Your English is perfectly fine. :) I'm sorry to see any issues with your achievements, though! We had a similar situation last year where customers could not earn achievements until after a

    factory reset of their console    . I suggest giving that a shot; you can select the option to keep your games and apps for this. After you've done this, please try to earn another achievement.

    Let us know if this works for you! We'll want to dig further into this if it doesn't help you out. Looking forward to working with you!
