My Gamerpic on the Xbox app was removed

My Profile Picture was changed without me doing so and I cannot get my old gamer Pic back. I talked to Xbox Support chat and they helped me as much as they could then sent me here to ask why it was removed as he and I both know there is nothing wrong with
it and there isn't anything in that Picture breaking rules or terms of service.

Any help?

I know it also needs to be 1920x1080 but i've uploaded the original picture just for display purposes.

Custom Gamerpics Glitch/Bug

When I try to change my gamerpic to a custom image on the Xbox App from my Windows PC, it will save my changes temporarily and then it gets removed by a default gamerpic. The custom image will stay on the profile for a few seconds
or maybe up to a minute, then it switches to a default picture automatically.

Thank you for bringing this up. Normally, only the user has the ability to change the Gamerpic on their Xbox profile. You can use a custom Gamerpic in your account and we understand that this represents you in our Xbox Family. However, we have guidelines
to follow which is listed in our Code of Conduct. If there something that violates the guidelines in your Gamerpic, our Enforcement team take action from here to change it to another Gamerpic. To prevent this to happen, I recommend that you see the guidelines
for using a custom Gamerpic on this

I appreciate the reply, however the image does not fail the rules as you mentioned. I would like to lay down that in that image, it's avoiding all of the following;

Images intended to harm or harass another person

Images that depict nudity or are sexual in nature

References to illegal drugs

Depictions of real-life violence or excessive violence/gore

Images containing personal information

References to hate groups, terrorist organizations, or notorious figures

Inflammatory images directed towards specific demographic groups

It also isn't representing myself nor any other person.

Download the Xbox app, then launch it, select your gamerpic in the top right corner of the app, and select view profile, then select your gamerpic from your profile, and then you can change your gamerpic on there. Bear in mind, custom gamerpics are not
supported on the app at this time. Only the Xbox One console currently supports custom gamerpics.

If you are eligible for a case review, you can contact the Xbox Enforcement team for more information about your gamerpic removal. No one here on the forums will be able to see why this has happened as the Enforcement team does not post here, and we do not
have access to your records.
