    Hello , today i send a message to the support for a little problem

    Effectevely i buy 2 games the 22/05/2018 , no problem , but i want to change my gamertag because is so ridiculous (for me)

    I go , with my friend , in this page , and he say to me the first change is free. So i go in this page and i see , he want 10 euros for the pseudo. I don't understand why my friend can change his pseudo for free and i can't (while i never change this gamertag) .
    So if u can do something that is good. Thx ^^

    Je vais , avec mon ami , sur la page. Et il me dit que le premier changement est gratuit. Je vais sur cette page et l je vois qu'il me faut 10 euros pour avoir mon nouveau de pseudo. Je ne comprend pas pourquoi mon ami peut changer son pseudo gratuitement
    alors que moi je ne peux pas( alors que je n'ai changé mon pseudo). Si il est possible de faire quelque chose sa serait sympa. Merci de votre écoute ^^

    The free gamertag change is only available if you were given a randomly generated tag when you first created your account and you are changing that tag for the first time. Since the one you're using is not a randomly generated tag, you would need to pay
    to change it.

    Why did my gamer-tag change? It really didn't offend nobody ( BIgBOyLuvMiLPhz )it was a funny gamer-tag to make people laugh and this was my first time actually getting reported. My friends gamer-tag were funny but when they got reported they had to change
    there gamer-tag to something else or they couldn't play live at all and you gave them a (FREE GAMER-TAG CHANGE), how come I cant get that opportunity to change my gamer-tag?
