My gamer tag was changed by the enforcement team without any reason

Doesn't matter how long you had the tag,it was only just been reported & found to violate the CoC/ToU which is why it was changed.

Not sure who you spoke to but it wasn't a member of the enforcement team so it doesn't matter whether they think it's ok or not.

Forced name changes are very rarely reversed so I highly doubt you'll get your old tag back.

The problem is that it was the enforcement team that changed your gamertag due to complaints that it was a violation of the code of conduct. and with it being an enforcement action (forced gamer tag change) through the enforcement team there would be a charge
to change it to a gamer tag of your choice.

You can try and appeal the gamertag change by signing into your account at enforcement.xbox.com and filing a case review

The enforcement team does not monitor these forums. they only handle things through their website.

Have you checked the enforcement teams website enforcement.xbox.com to make sure that the enforcement team did not do a forced gamer tag change on you?

Is there a way i could be an exception? The enforcement team forced me to change my gamer tag for being inappropriate but i made it when i was 12. "Cleverfawn" is kind of a lame gamer tag so is there absolutely no way to get a second change free?Please?

There's a Code of Conduct which was agreed to when you signed up for Xbox Live. Because you violated one of the rules, and the policy enforcement team enforces by an automatic change now, you're going to have to pay the fee if you want it changed.

There's no way to contact/have the PET follow up.
