My gamer tag was changed and there's no history of my old one!!!!

I was told by an agent that "Ismael, I did try to check your transactions here. And yes the previous agent is right, there is no history of gamer tag change here. I did even search your original gamer tag as well, but I cannot see it on my end too."
I feel like Im going crazy. i did not have as my gamer tag. My previous gamer tag was a little over the top, but i had no issue with it on my xbox 360. It was change with no notice and I wasn't given a chance to change
it to one of my liking.

Hi i need a refund becuase I accidently changed my gamer tag because i was making one for my sister and instead i changed mine and i can't change my sister gamer tag so i want my old gamer tag back plez help

 

Xbox Account has been Hacked

So my xbox account has been hacked and they changed my password for my email and xbox account. He also changed my gamer tag by paying a $10 fee on my credit car, Is there anyway I can get my old gamer tag back and get my money back? Old gamer tag: shaka

Your current gamertag looks as though a Forced Name Change was applied, which would presumably have been for violating the Code of Conduct. For confirmation of that, post here:

That is the only forum monitored by the Enforcement Team. They will be able to tell you if this is indeed what happened.

Note that, if this is the case, your previous Gamertag could have survived so long because no-one reported it and thus Enforcement was unaware of it.

In order to change it to something you want, you would need to pay the change fee - $10 or the equivalent in other regions.
